Cyber Audit

The Cyber Audit Office is a window for feedbacks and suggestions. Cyber Audit Office is responsible for investigation and correction of unfair, irrational or wrongful incidents committed by individual(s) or organization(s) relating to JRT business.

Your justifiable step will contribute to the ethical and transparent business management.

The details of all accusations are directly investigated by the Audit Office.

The Cyber Audit Office has a system that keeps the accuser’s identity in confidential and in anonymous so that one can freely and safely report any contents.

SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

Report: Anyone related to the customers, executives, employees and sub-contractors can report their wrongful or irrational behaviors to the Cyber Audit Office. Also, one can submit feedbacks and suggestions regarding wrongful policies and traditions in terms of ethical management.

Operation: Submitted contents will be investigated for fact-findings. The Cyber Audit Office has a system that keeps the accuser’s identity in confidential and in anonymous so that one can freely and safely report any contents.

Check: When reporting, one may choose to be anonymous, however, when complaint is submitted with name verification, one can check the result swiftly.

Reporting Complaint

JRT will conduct investigations on our employees upon your reporting about their fraud, abuse or other non-compliance incidents. Your entered information will not be used to serve any other purposes, and please note that it is only available to person-in-charge.

Make sure that your reporting is not based on false statements or speculations.

Reporting types

If you report any of the following in relation to JRT, we will handle and response in a prompt manner.

  • Bribery, unreasonable requests or bribe provision, Embezzlement.
  • Unfair business decision and unreasonable or personal use of company resources and assets.
  • Extortion (esp. relating to Partners, Suppliers and Contractors)
  • Sexual harassment or offensive act against someone.
  • Forcing someone to do something illicit which is against the ethical code of JRT.
